　　In 1986, the Director, Mr. Liu Ji Shan, Researched and Invented the Patent “New Type Cashmere Dehairing Machine”, With Which, We Reformed the Second-hand Cotton Carding Equipment Into the Practical, Efficient & Professional Cashmere Dehairing Machines. Relying on the Trading of These Facilities, We Stimulated Enough Funds to Set Up a Small Factory, in Which, There Were Only Four Sets Machines. Before 1990, We Mainly Did Process of Raw Cashmere for Imp. & Exp. Trading Companies. Our Products Were Welcomed Because of Their Good Quality and Reasonable Yield. The Pity is That the Annual Output Was Only 3000-5000kgs.

　　In Mar., 1992, We Met With an Italian Customer by Chance. From Then on, We stepped Into International Market—Signing Contract Directly With Clients, and Choosing I/E Companies as Our Agents for Exporting. Along with More And More Orders, the Capacities, Both Production and Sites Seemed Limited. In 1995, We Built up a New Factory With the Land 17,000 Square Meters. In June 1997, We established a Joint Venture Named “Shijiazhuang Shan You Cashmere Processing Co., Ltd.” Our Italian Partner is “Cariaggi Lanificio SPA”, Which is One of the Best Manufacturers of Cashmere Yarn.
